This policy explains what personal data Swizton Medtech Private Limited (“Swizton Medtech”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.
This policy covers swiztonmedtech.com only. The HeartIQ Score service at heartiqscore.com is a separate service with its own privacy policy and terms.
What we collect
When you use the contact form
- Your first and last name, email address and your message.
- We ask you not to include health information or medical results in the message. This form is for general enquiries; it is not a channel for medical advice.
When you browse the site
- Essential data: our hosting provider processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this to identify you.
- Analytics (only with your consent): if you choose “Accept analytics”, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people find us. It records pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and referring site. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses for this purpose. If you reject, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry (your consent, given by submitting the form).
- To improve the site’s content and usability (your consent, given through the analytics banner).
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam (legitimate use necessary to provide the service).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, security and the Turnstile spam check.
- Resend — delivering contact form messages to our inbox.
- Google LLC — Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics.
These providers may process data outside India, under their own data protection commitments.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages are kept in our email for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and deleted within 24 months unless we need them for a legal reason.
- Analytics data is retained for the period configured in Google Analytics (we use the shortest standard setting available).
Your choices and rights
- Change your analytics choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops collection and removes Google Analytics cookies from this site.
- Access, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing us using the contact details at the end of this page.
- Grievances: if you are unhappy with how we handled your data, contact us first; you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the “Last updated” date above.
